Infragram is an AI-powered infrastructure diagram generation platform that allows users to create professional architecture diagrams from text descriptions. The Service includes:

• AI-powered diagram generation
• Cloud provider icon libraries (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Export functionality in various formats
• Version history and diagram management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Refunds are provided at our discretion

5. AI Credits and Usage

AI credits are consumed when generating diagrams. Credits:

• Reset monthly based on your subscription tier
• Cannot be transferred between accounts
• Do not roll over to the next billing period
• Are non-refundable

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the diagrams you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and icon libraries, is owned by Infragram and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infragram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination
